About

About Me

I’m Bryan Swalley, a storyteller at heart, a coach by trade, and a believer in the power of growth, both on the page and on the field.

If you’re here, you’re likely someone who wants more than the ordinary. You’re drawn to stories that grip you, and you’re committed to leadership that means something. That’s what I’m building with every book, every session, and every conversation.

Story + Field

My debut thriller The Reclamation invites readers into a rugged world of loyalty, justice, and coming home. It’s the product of late night thinking and writing and wondering what happens when one man refuses to give up on the town he loves.

My coaching work, through the Growing With the Game series, comes from a lifetime in youth, collegiate and professional baseball, including a turn overseas working as an Infield Coach for Major League Baseball. It’s not just about drills; it’s about development. Not just wins; it’s about transformation.

Why I Do It

I’ve seen young athletes with massive talent go nowhere because no one unlocked the “who” behind the “what" and I want to engage them with the "how" and the "why."

I also want my books to cause the readers to stay up past midnight because the story found them, not the other way around. My hope is that the stories or lessons I write have a lasting impact. Whether on the page or in the dugout, I aim to unlock potential.

A Personal Note

I’m not here to deliver perfection. I’m here because I know what it feels like to struggle, to doubt, and to want something more. If you’re working through your own story, on the field, in life, or on the page, you’re welcome here.

Thanks for dropping by. I’d love to connect, hear your story, and see how we can grow with the game... together.
